Main objective and tasks
The FFA Field Monitor is in charge of the smooth implementation of the all the Cash based transfer-related activities under the supervision of the FFA Supervisor. S/he will ensure that the activities are delivered timely and compliant to the donor’s and INTERSOS policies and requirements. S/he is also in charge of the supervision of the community volunteers and manages the interaction with community-level stakeholders.
Community Mobilization
Explains and ensures the good acceptance of in INTERSOS’ activities and builds
positive relationships with community volunteers and members of the different
committees involved in food distribution activities. Ensure the smooth briefing of the community volunteers and supervises their
work. Explains to the community their roles and participation in the project
implementation strategy, the Accountability and the compliance to the
humanitarian principles With the support of the Protection & gender officer, runs the sensitization
campaigns and ensures that the operations are inclusive towards gender, disability
and vulnerabilities
– Relays issues, concerns raised by the community stakeholders

2 – CBT Fiel Monitor

Type of contract: Fixed Term
Duration of employment contract: 12 months
Main objective and tasks
The Field Monitor oversees the smooth implementation of all CBT assistancerelated activities under the supervision of the Project Manager. S/he will ensure that the activities are delivered timely and compliant to the donor’s and INTERSOS’ policies and requirements. S/he is also in charge of the supervision of the community volunteers/mobilizers and manages the interaction with community-level stakeholders.
Community Mobilization
Explains and ensures the acceptance of INTERSOS’ activities and builds positive relationships with community volunteers/mobilizers and members of the different committees involved iiin project activities. Ensures community volunteers/mobilizers are properly informed and supervises their work. Ensure proper community mobilization and sensitization is done with community members within the implementation area, ensuring that the operations are inclusive towards gender, disability, and other vulnerability criteria. Relays issues and concerns raised by the community stakeholders to the project manager

External representation and coordination
Ensures the good acceptance of in INTERSOS’ activities and builds positive relationships with all the project stakeholders in the areas of intervention Ensures regular and active presence at all the technical and general meetings in all the localities and the coordination hubs where the project is being implemented. Ensures the collection and the quality of the information shared Builds and maintains good relations with all project stakeholders Ensures the effective, fluid and timely communication with WFP staff on the field operations

Tasks
Main objective and tasks
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the FFA Supervisor will have the task of coordinating the organization and implementation of all activities related to the implementation of subsistence activities via the “Food for Asset” modality in its assigned department. He/she will ensure that the training and capacity building needs of field staff are addressed in a timely manner and ensures that activities meet the quality standards in the sector.
Coordination and external representation
Ensure good acceptance of the various INTERSOS activities and builds good relationships with all project stakeholders in the intervention areas under the supervision of the Project manager. Under the supervision of the Project Manager, is regular and actively present at technical and general meetings at the local level (in all localities where the project is being implemented). Ensures that quality information is collected and shared under the control of the Project manager. Under the supervision of the Project Manager and following the communication chart, ensure effective and timely communication with WFP staff on field operations.
