Kadokawa printed on Monday the key visible, important solid, workers, television layout, and the January 2026 debut for the anime adaptation of Punichan‘s The Villainess Is Adored by the Prince of the Neighbor Kingdom (Akuyaku Reijō wa Ringoku no Ōtaishi ni Dekiai Sareru) light new series.

The solid are reprising their roles from the light new series’ otome recreation adaptation.
Takayuki Hamana (Ace of Diamond, The Prince of Tennis, The Witch and the Beast) is directing the anime at Studio DEEN. Yoshimi Narita (Twilight Out of Focus, Beet the Vandel Buster) is guilty of series scripts, and Majiro (22/7, Barakamon, Macross Delta) is designing the characters.

The romance fable follows a protagonist who is reincarnated as Tiararose, the villainess of the protagonist’s popular otome romance recreation aimed at female gamers. The protagonist is resigned to accepting the in-recreation judgment tournament and the fate that awaits her. Then again, ethical as her fiancé breaks off their engagement, the recreation throws up a wedding proposal tournament that wasn’t in the recreation’s long-established scenario — from Aquasteed, the crown prince of the neighboring nation.
Punichan first started serializing the fable on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō carrier in 2016. B’s-Log Bunko has added illustrations by Akeno Naruse and published 14 volumes of the light new series, which has over 5.6 million copies in circulation. Kadokawa‘s B’s-LOG COMIC is serializing a manga adaptation by Hoshina, and its 16th compiled guide quantity will ship on September 1. The light new series furthermore has a two-quantity spinoff series, and a three-quantity manga adaptation of that spinoff.
The fable inspired a gradual otome recreation by OperaHouse for the Nintendo Swap in 2024. The recreation is provided in English on PC by blueprint of Steam.
