Ghanaian dancehall superstar Shatta Wale has entreated his fans to back President John Mahama, saying his authorities can support them do money of their pockets.
Performing prior to a packed stadium on the 2025 President’s Cup in Accra, Wale told fans “From now till the subsequent election, give a boost to this authorities. Followers greeted the comments with cheers however there’s been something of a backlash from political commentators. Some accuse Wale of opportunism and currying favour with Mahama.
