The movie critics in the Hollywood Creative Alliance (previously the Hollywood Critics Association) presented the nominees for the 2025 Astra TV Awards on Tuesday. The Dragon Ball Daima anime received Best Anime Sequence, and Aleks Le received Best Lead Remark-Over Efficiency for his role as Sung Jinwoo in the Solo Leveling Season 2 -Come up from the Shadow- anime.
Diverse nominees for Best Anime Sequence incorporated DAN DA DAN, Fireside Force Season 3, Lazarus, Solo Leveling Season 2 -Come up from the Shadow-, and The Apothecary Diaries Season 2.
Stephanie Nadolny as Son Goku (Mini) in Dragon Ball Daima used to be also nominated for Best Lead Remark-Over Efficiency. Nominees for Best Supporting Remark-Over Efficiency incorporated Caitlin Glass for One Portion Season 21 and Xolo Maridueña for Sakamoto Days. Jack Quaid received for his role as Brad in the Superstar Plug: Decrease Decks animated series.
The Love, Death & Robots animated anthology series used to be nominated for Best Animated Sequence. Invincible received the award.
The Astra TV Awards incorporated the “Best Anime Series” category closing year, and the first season of Solo Leveling received in the category.
Diverse nominees in closing year’s Best Anime Sequence category were Blue Look Samurai, Frieren: Previous Shuffle’s Discontinue, Ninja Kamui, Pluto, and Scott Pilgrim Takes Off.
The 2025 Astra TV Awards took state at the Taglyan Complex in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
