Washington, DC — This day, Secretary of Issue Marco Rubio convened the Signing of a Declaration of Principles between the Authorities of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and the Authorities of the Republic of Rwanda.
International Minister Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner signed on behalf of the Authorities of the DRC, while International Minister Olivier Nduhungirehe signed on behalf of the Authorities of Rwanda. Deputy Secretary of Issue Christopher Landau, Senior Manual for Africa Massad Boulos, and Ambassador Troy Fitrell additionally joined Secretary Rubio on this occasion.
