Crunchyroll revealed on Monday that this may start up streaming the English dub for the tv anime of Saka and Chorefuji‘s As soon as Upon a Witch’s Death (Aru Majo ga Shinu Made: Owari no Kotoba to Hajimari no Namida) light contemporary sequence on Tuesday.
The English cast comprises:

- Linda Young as Faust
- Reshel Mae as Beautiful
- Naya Moreno as Shirofukuro
- Corinne Sudberg as Carbuncle
- Lisette Monique Diaz as Anna
- Jeff Swearingen as Mr. Hendy
Helena Walstrom is directing the dub. Samantha Herek is producing. Clayton Browning is adapting the English script. Matt Grounds is the mixer, and Jameson Outlaw is the engineer.
The anime premiered on television April 1 on Tokyo MX, Solar TV, KBS Kyoto, AT-X, and BS11. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime as it airs.
Yen Press is releasing the novels in English, and describes the anecdote:
On her seventeenth birthday, the apprentice witch Meg learns that she supreme has one year left to dwell. Her teacher, the long-lived witch Faust, explains that the actual way to undo the death curse is to accumulate tears of joy and develop the seed of existence. To search out them, Meg will have to leave the sheltered existence she’s always identified and head out into the arena. There shall be conferences, partings, and friendships aplenty, and clearly many tears. Meg will learn that probably the most important lessons for a witch are radiant, candy, and somewhat heart-wrenching.
Atsushi Nigorikawa (A Destructive God Sits Subsequent to Me, Between the Sky and Sea, Beast Tamer) is directing the anime at EMT Squared. Yuki Shizuku (Smile of the Arsnotoria the Animation character manufacture assistant, Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout chief animation director) is adapting Chorefuji‘s character designs for animation. Keiichirō Ōchi (Adachi and Shimamura, The Quintessential Quintuplets) is overseeing the sequence scripts.
Maaya Sakamoto performs the indicate’s opening theme track “Drops.” Aoi Teshima performs the ending theme track “Hana-saku Michi de” (On the Road The place the Vegetation Bloom) level-headed by Yuki Kajiura.
Saka launched the anecdote on the Kakuyomu web location in October 2019, and ended it in August 2022. Kadokawa is publishing the novels in print with illustrations by Chorefuji, and printed the third volume on March 17.
Kenu Amearare launched a manga adaptation in March 2023 on the KadoComi (Comical Walker) web location. Kadokawa released the fourth compiled e book volume on April 10.
