Victims of Uganda’s notorious Lord’s Resistance Navy (LRA) said on Friday that they had been disappointed in the sentence handed by judges to a faded commander.

Thomas Kwoyelo was once given 40 years in penal complex for war crimes including assassinate, rape, enslavement, pillaging, torture, and kidnapping.
