Role Description
ZEEGO is seeking a Service Manager for an on-site, full-time role located in Buea. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the team of service technicians. The Service Manager will develop and maintain relationships with clients, plan and execute the company’s maintenance programs, and track and analyze service data to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experienceAt least 5 years of relevant work experience, including experience in service management, operations management, or client managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and the team alikeStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team toward achieving company goalsProven ability to develop and execute maintenance plans, implement process improvements and provide data-driven recommendationsExperience with project management tools and methodologies is a plusDetail-oriented and analytical; able to make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and customer satisfactionKnowledge of the transportation industry and familiarity with Buea and surrounding areas would be beneficial
