Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operations Manager at ZEEGO. The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing the transportation services, ensuring efficient operations, monitoring performance metrics, and developing and implementing operational strategies. The Senior Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of operations staff and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related fieldStrong leadership and management skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.At least 2 years experience in operations management or similar role.Knowledge of transportation and logistics.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Effective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesExperience in the mobility or transportation industry is a plus
