Role Description
Full-time: Application Support Specialist role at ZEEGO. The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring smooth operation and functionality of our applications. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being performed at our location in Communauté urbaine de Douala, but some remote work is also acceptable. Qualifications
Application Support and Technical Support skills Strong analytical skills. problem-solving and issue resolution Excellent troubleshooting abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Beneficial skills and qualifications
