Missions
Contribute to the supervision and implementation of strategies to improveand develop the agencies’ recruitment sources and channels.Provide training for agency staff by creating and implementing training programmes.Main ActivitiesExecute implementation plans with agency managers and create motivation and momentum for the continued growth of agency strength.Participate in the development and implementation of effective recruitment guidelines for agency and broker channels.Organise recruitment campaigns and the design of incentive programmes to help agencies meet recruitment targets and deadlines. Participate in the development, design, implementation and monitoring of training programmes for the agency. function. Assess agencies’ training needs and plan training programmes accordingly.Skills
Good knowledge of the business sector.Good knowledge of non-life insurance products. Good adaptability. Mastery of teaching techniques.Good interpersonal skills and autonomy.Prerequisite
Education Minimum of 2 years’ higher education in all disciplines. Trainer certification is an asset:
