Webtoon centers on father attempting to save his daughter, who is the last remaining zombie on the planet

Naver Webtoon revealed the trailer for the webtoon-based dwell-action movie My Daughter is a Zombie on May 22.
In the movie, Jung-hwan (played by Jung-suk Cho) travels to the seaside village of Eunbong-ri, where his mother Bamsun (played by Jung-eun Lee) lives, to guard his daughter Soo-ah (played by Yu-ri Choi) — who has change into the last remaining zombie on the planet. The video features scenes of Jung-hwan calmly subduing his daughter’s biting attempts.
The teaser also introduces Soo-ah’s pet cat, Aeyong
The movie is slated to initiate in South Korea in July.
The original webtoon, drawn by Yun-Chang Lee, was serialized on Naver Webtoon between 2018 and 2020.
The anecdote of the original webtoon reads:
One year after an remarkable zombie attack that killed a total bunch of thousands, South Korea has finally been declared zombie-free. However Jeonghwan holds a secret: his daughter is the last zombie left on earth. When her cravings are satisfied and her violent inclinations die down, it almost appears care for there’s hope for her to have a normal existence.
