Correct earlier than his passing, Pope Francis shared one closing message with the world—a message filled with hope, peace, and love for all humanity.

Though primitive and seated in a wheelchair, the Pope appeared at St. Peter’s Basilica on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025, and waved to thousands of devoted gathered to listen to his command one last time. As he sat quietly, an aide read his speech on his behalf.

His words were easy but highly effective:

“There might also be no peace without freedom of faith, freedom of conception, and freedom of expression.”

Why His Message Issues

In a global going via war, hatred, and division, Pope Francis reminded us of what issues—appreciate, freedom, and peace.

His message came at a time when conflicts are tearing other folks apart. He spoke about the suffering in Gaza, namely the Christian communities caught within the violence, and described the humanitarian enlighten there as heartbreaking.
