The Lagos Tell Excessive Court in Ikeja has ruled that the capacity Mudashiru Obasa was eliminated as Speaker of the Lagos Tell Home of Assembly was now not correct and went against the Nigerian Structure.
Justice Yetunde Pinheiro, who gave the judgment on Wednesday, stated the Assembly’s sitting in January, the put Obasa was eliminated, was invalid. She cancelled all decisions and resolutions made correct by way of that session.
