Justice Obiora Egwuatu of the Federal Excessive Court docket in Abuja has opted out of a lawsuit initiated by suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan in opposition to Senate President Godswill Akpabio and others touching on her Senate investigation over alleged misconduct.
