The second reading of the Constitution (Promulgation) Invoice, 2024, in the beginning scheduled for later this month, has been postponed unless June, the Nationwide Meeting announced Friday.
In an announcement, the Office of the Clerk of the Nationwide Meeting said the lengthen followed a question from Minister of Justice Dawda Jallow, who requested lawmakers to push the reading to the legislature’s second long-established session of 2025.
