Court Denies Emefiele’s Question to Dismiss $4.5 Billion Abuse of Office Case

Justice Rahman Oshodi of the Ikeja Particular Offences Court has rejected a plea from the used Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele.
