Justice Rahman Oshodi of the Ikeja Particular Offences Court has rejected a plea from the used Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele.
Emefiele had challenged the court’s lawful to settle him on prices associated to abusing his office, engrossing sums of $4.5 billion and N2.8 billion.
