Maintain employee records (Attendance, Identification, documents, contracts etc) according to Policy and legal requirements.Prepare staff handbooks, administer payroll and maintain employees records. Ensure compliance with Labor law rules, regulations and best practices. Support the management on disciplinary and grievance issues.Assist in performance management processes.Be actively involved in recrutment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring proces.Create and implement effective onboarding plans.Support the development and implementation of Human Resource (HR) initiatives and systems.Provide counceling on policies and procedures.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration/LawCOMPETENCES
Proficiency in English speaking and Writing.Understanding and good Mastery of Labor laws and disciplinary procedures.Minimum knowledge of information and technology (IT) skills especially excell is required if managing and operating computerized payroll and benefits system.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving and decision-making aptitude.Strong ethics and reliability.
Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels The ability to compile and Interprete statistical data and communicate it in a professional and understandable manner
