Duties and Responsibilities
Management and Coordination of Travel Requirements (30%)
Provide advice on authorized travel routes and modesEnsure compliance with U.S. Government travel regulationsPrepare Travel Authorizations (TAs) and manage travel logisticsCoordinate hotel and vehicle arrangements for incoming and outgoing personnelE2 Travel Solution Systems (35%)
Serve as the Mission E2 trainer and trouble-shooterAssist staff with TA processes in E2 and resolve issuesLiaison with Travel Agency and DoS Staff (20%)
Coordinate with ELTA (Travel Agency) and DoS staff for travel reservations and ticketsEnsure compliance with travel regulations and explore cost-effective routing optionsHandle logistics for travel to restricted areas and security protocolsGeneral Office Administration (15%)
Manage logistical arrangements for visits and maintain logs of administrative actions Process building access requests and reserve conference roomsMonitor and reorder office supplies, update inventory records Minimum Qualifications
Education:College or university studies in Business/Public Administration, Tourism, Travel, or Management.Prior Work Experience: Three to five years in travel and/or administrative/office management, with at least one year with a USG or international organization.Language Proficiency: English and French Level III.Evaluation and Selection Factors
Prior Work Experience (20 points): Experience in travel and administrative roles, including work with international organizations.Job Knowledge (40 points): Knowledge of travel regulations, local travel industry, office automation, and IT systems.Skills and Abilities (40 points):Ability to work independently, use office software, manage pressure, and explain procedures effectively.Submission Requirements
