Working Area: NTUI (MBAM ET KIM Division) Cameroon
MISSIONS
Maintain employee records (attendance, identification, documents, contacts etc) according to Policy and legal requirement.Prepare staff handbooks, administer payroll and maintain employee records.Ensure compliance with labor laws rules, regulations and best practices.Support the management on disciplinary and grievance issues.Assist in performance management processes.Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process.Create and implement effective onboarding plans.Support the development and implementation of Human Ressource (HR) initiatives and systems.Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
PROFIL
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource/ Law
WORK EXPERIENCE : (03) Years minimum.
COMPETENCES
Prociency in English speaking and WritingUnderstanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.Minimum knowledge of Information and technogy (IT) Skills especially excell required if managing and operating computerized payroll and benefits system.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. problem solving and decision-making aptitude.Strong ethics and reliability.Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levelsThe ability to compile and interprete statistical data and communicate it in a professional and understandable manner. Maitrise des logiciels Photoshop, Canva et autres outilsdigitaux avec l’utilisation des Smartphones, Androïde, IOS.
