We are looking for a multi-tasking, attentive, and ready-to-help Customer Support Specialist. Working together with a team, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with technical issues when using our services.
What do we look for in a new team member?
Education level: 2 years of college (minimum)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Ability to work with minimal supervisionInterest in helping other peopleOpen to working 24/7 in shiftsGood interpersonal skillsQuick learnerInterest in the sports industryKnowledge of football betting markets is an advantagePrevious experience in customer support is an added advantage
