Assist in the management of grants, human resources, and general administration for the organization; Full-time position in Bamenda, with ~5-15% travel.

Assist in the administration of grants to ensure implementation and reporting in line with funder requirements.Advise responsible personnel on new or updated policies and procedures and monitor to ensure they are taken into consideration when designing and implementing projects.Coordinate the procurement process for purchasing activities.Track and monitor financial transactions; Review records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy.Perform account reconciliations and audits.Assist to compile spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other documents, in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and all donor rules and regulations.Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel) to perform work.Communicate policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.Review and contribute to the continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and systems to increase the effectiveness of service delivery and administration of projects.Participate in the development and maintenance of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 15189 standards.Other duties as assigned, depending on the needs of the organization.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Management, Business, or related area.Preferred: 2+ years work experience in a related area.Strong interest to work as part of a team to improve public health.Highly self-motivated and ready to work independently as well as in a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective verbal and written communications skills in English, good working knowledge of French preferred.Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Effective organizational skills.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and willingness to learn new programs as needed.This position is planned for 6 months with the possibility for renewal depending on funding availability.
