Applicants must have a teaching qualification and specialization in their field of teaching and/or at least three successful years of teaching in a primary/secondary school environment. They must be able to embody the school’s Mission, Vision, and Motto at all times. They should be optimistic, open-minded, collaborative, kind, and reflective about their own practice and how it can better meet the academic and personal needs of each student, consistent with the school’s dedicated approach to personalized learning.

Positions Available: Primary School Teachers Secondary School Teachers (Various Subjects)Special Education Teachers Language InstructorsArts and Music Teachers, dance Physical Education TeachersJob Requirement:

At least 3 successful years of teaching experience in primary/secondary environmentHolding a Bachelor’s Degree in related fieldTeaching certification or licenseProven experience teaching related subjects, preferably at the high school/college levelStrong knowledge of related concepts.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Be able to work in Douala, starting 01st August 2024Cameroonian/Local only
Suitable candidates will:
Be able to teach across the age and ability rangeTeach the subjects from an international perspectiveBe able to teach and communicate fluently in EnglishHave experience writing schemes of workOpen to teaching any other subject to complete their teaching loadBe able to work and teach using IT appsInspire and engage studentsExperience with the Cambridge Framework
Experience teaching a learning objectives-based curriculum would be an advantage.
