Develop and implement high-level financial strategies for the project’s two-phase development plan.Oversee all fiscal activity of the company, including budgeting, reporting, auditing, and risk management.Develop financial KPIs and monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results.Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies as required.Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations related to finance.Work closely with the CEO and other executives to execute the company’s strategic plan.Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.Build relationships with external partners, such as financial institutions and potential investors.Support financial communication with the management team.

Master’s degree in finance and accounting or a related field. Additional professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA would be an advantageProven experience as a Finance Director or Senior Finance and Accounting Manager in a large group, or in the mining industry. Experience in developing and implementing strategic financial plans.Excellent knowledge of corporate finance and risk management practices.Proficiency in financial software systems and MS Office Suite.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles. ● Familiarity with diverse finance functions such as treasury, financial planning and analysis, auditing, and tax.Ability to manage high-level financial strategies and make data-driven financial decisions.
