Job offer: Marketing Officer

TBIS is looking to hire  Marketing Officer to join our team starting from 1 st March 2024.

As a Marketing Officer at Bridge International School, you will play a crucial role in promoting the school’s brand, attracting prospective students, and engaging with the community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase enrollment and enhance the school’s reputation.

Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote Bridge International School to prospective students and parents.Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, print media, and community outreach programs, to reach target audiences effectively.Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital content, to showcase the school’s programs, facilities, and achievements.Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, open houses, and school fairs to engage with potential students and parents and provide them with information about Bridge International School.Collaborate with the admissions team to support their efforts in converting leads into enrolled students and ensure a seamless enrollment process.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Passion for education and commitment to promoting quality learning experiences.
