Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Legal & Tax Consultant located in Douala. The consultant will be responsible for providing legal and tax advice to clients, analyzing legal and tax implications of business transactions and investments, developing effective tax planning strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The consultant will also prepare and review legal and tax documents, negotiate contracts, supervise legal and tax staff, and provide training on legal and tax issues.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in legal and tax consultingExperience in corporate and commercial law, tax law, and regulatory complianceExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks and priorities, and meet deadlinesFluency in English and French is required
